Publishing and review schedule

Calendar

Editions are quarterly. Nominations and objections are decided on a fixed monthly rhythm. The schedule is fixed so it cannot be bent to any party's convenience.

Editions

Each quarter's edition is published in the third week after the quarter closes. Positions change only at a quarter boundary; monthly signals do not move ranks.

Committee & review — the monthly rhythm

Nominations and objections are decided by the anonymous committee (GOVERNANCE §1), which sits twice a month. Ahead of each sitting an AI agent triages the queue against the evidence standard; it never decides. The committee reviews, decides, and signs every result — the human committee is the only deciding authority.

12th
AI triage

The queue is prepared: each cited source is checked against the evidence standard and an assessment is drafted.

14th
Committee sits

The committee reviews, decides, and signs each nomination and objection. The decision is public.

25th
AI triage

The second monthly preparation of the queue, ahead of the 28th sitting.

28th
Committee sits

The second monthly sitting. Decisions are recorded and, for objections, entered in the corrections log.

An objection is therefore resolved within about two weeks — by the next sitting — and at most a month. Nominations follow the same rhythm. Every decision is public: objections in the corrections log, nominations in the register.
